Fiora had been late to her first day...and subsequently hadn't been assigned a dorm room. She wasn't annoyed by this though, and instead spent the night in a extra room, till they found her an actual dorm. Always good though, she didn't mind. It was her fault she had been late, she had stopped in town to look at some of the candies they had before realizing what the time was. The night's sleep was good and the open window greeted her to the rising sun. It didn't take long for her to toss off the covers and get dressed. By the time the sun was actually peeking over the horizon she had been up on the roof. Violin case in hand. She stood on one of the corners and smiled, as she drew forth her most cherished item. The violin was immaculate, well cared for, and very well made. Something most would kill to get, and here she was holding it out here. She placed it on her shoulder and rested her chin upon it, and slowly began to draw the bow across the strings. Her skill with the instrument outstripped even her skill with her blade...and in this perfect moment of dawning light, clear skies...and music, the world was contained her strings. So in tune with playing she wouldn't realize if anyone came upon her. She closed her eyes and began to spin lightly in circles, as she continued to play melody...for the dawning star. Akarui was there to watch the coming of dawn. Until, she heard the music that is. Or music that was playing. Going around the obstacle that was in the way, she stopped and learned on it. And to her surprised it was no other than Fiora Belmont, the foreigner girl, a first year at Bugei Academy, who was also her roommate this year. The music was soothing and since Akarui was a fan of music, she swayed her head along with it. Before she knew it, she was also humming quietly along as well. As if, the tune was something familiar that she’s heard before.
She looked into most of the students but didn’t know Fiora could play the violin. It’s a wonder if the girl was maybe signed up for the band too? Even though, it’s an uncertainty. After all, not everything on the student access was exactly publically available for all. Now then, if only the band at school could relate to something as a godly feeling as this. Of course, that’d be too much to ask since Akarui herself isn’t a music teacher. Furthermore, she doesn’t have the knowledge either. But one is for sure that she knows her taste in music. Which again, differs from person to person as each has their own personal taste of what they like and don’t like.
”Ah, a tune like this. As well as being played by a violin too. This girl must be a pro almost by judging from her playing style. However, I think it’s the best. It’s been too long that since I heard a melody like this. Though, it does sound like I’ve heard it before. Strange, I wonder where from?” Thought Akarui as she waited for the song to be done. Or unless the girl noticed her.

Fiora finished the final chord and smiled. She was facing the sun and bowed her head, as if to an applause by the sun itself. She tapped the bow slightly against the strings, to knock any residual resin off it before holding it out. It was a warm day as the sun beams finally reached her and struck her. It was amazing. "Truly. The Land of the Rising Sun." She was so thrilled to be here, that she hadn't paid attention to anyone that might be around her. It was part of being a musician of any kind. The focus of your song got the attention, anyone who might just happen by and hear it...was secondary.
She put her violin away and just...stood there. Marveling at the glories of the city nearby and the land beyond that. The sun gleamed off a thousand buildings and a thousand trees. A thousand people would greet the sun at the same instant, and a thousand smiles would be had. It was a marvelous to be here, to be in such a place where the light of the sun would christen the new day first, amongst the multitudes of other countries. For this very reason...Fiora had to play.

A loud pounding on the door leading up to the roof of the school resounded abruptly with the absence of music. A pause was noted before the door opened and closed. Appearing on the roof top next was another girl in school uniform. There was little to distinguish her from any other student except she wore a vivid green and white clover leaf and flower decorations pinned in her hair. Rounding around the stairwell entrance, what she hoped to find wasn't there to greet her but two other girls. One that looks sort of familiar in her mind and the other a new face.
"Huh, so he actually has another dorm to go to," she commented lowly to herself. Another chance could be that she's too early. Classes have yet to begin for the day after all. "Guess it's checking each other classrooms next time." Debating on staying on the roof or just leaving, Suishoku sighed and turned to watch what the coal haired one and the musician were up here for.

After awhile without realizing it, Akarui just noticed the music was done or have been stopped playing. Wanting to just enjoy the fresh air for a bit, she got up to go. Before she knew it someone else had gotten up here as well. Even though of course, despite the time of day, which is very so early, it was surprising to always see faces up in the early morning. Since it is the most time of day that most people are not a fan of. Even though, Akarui herself is an early riser, it's not doubt that she still prefers the night time of day overall. Much less, the afternoon even.
Being a natural Japanese born is somewhat she considers a blessings. Since the view of the sun is always the prettiest. Although, on the other hand, in this time of era, it’s something that’s not a blessing. War upon each other along with bloodshed. On the other hand, Akarui even wonders sometimes if she made a mistake coming to Bugei Academy in the first place. Again, her reason for coming here did vary like others. But being in this military school was something she never expected to be in as rather in a regular and normal high school. Despite being part of a middle class family it’s something that still bothers her. With other things on her mind, she decides to go back down for class. Before she knew it, her presence had come upon the another girl.
”Ah…here for the sunrise?” Asked Akarui who have just pass the other girl who had appeared after her. Now…for some reason, she did look familiar again. Sadly, Akarui’s not the kind of person to go around remembering everyone she passes but it’s something she’s trying. Since, after all, she did choose “making friends” as one of her goals, anyhow if possible at all.

Fiora spun around quickly hearing the voices behind her and blushed lightly. She had thought she was alone up here on the roof, how silly of her. Of course there would be others who would wake up this early to see the morning sun. It hadn't occurred to her at the time that this could happen. "My apologies for playing so loud in the morning." She bowed her head, a small blush on her face. Fiora picked up her violin case quickly and tried to retreat out of there like a scared rabbit.
It wasn't that she didn't want to talk, it was that she had embarassed herself so much. If they stopped her to talk, she would. But she couldn't believe that she had actually thought herself alone in her ideas of watching the sun rise. Her brother had always told her to mind others, and remember she wasn't the only one with those types of thoughts. She stopped before she made it to the door and spun around again. Here she was confronted with an oppurtunity to meet her classmates, and she was running away like a frightened child.
"Uhhh hi. My name is Fiora Belmont. I'm an exchange student, from France." Again she bowed politely, and held the violin case close to her.

"Nah, looking for someone else," Suishoku huffed at the dark haired girl, her eyes looking around the roof just to be sure she didn't miss him laying around somewhere or a silly stack of scrolls for her shoe to collide into. Much to her mild disappointment there wasn't a single trace of him. Could he be within the school hallways by now? Too late to check the boy's dorm room and knock on each door till coming across his dorm. Already Suishoku pictured his dorm room to look all ritual like on the inside or have his family crest hanging around or his cloak on a display rack. Those things can't be too hard to miss if she got a good glance when the guy's open their doors enough.
Hearing someone share apologizes, Suishoku turned her head to give full attention to the very foreign looking girl. Doesn't take long to tell who isn't from Japan before someone could even explain themselves. Chalk it up to basically referring to everyone that isn't Japanese a gaikokujin, foreigner. Etiquette wise, it is rude to call foreigners that and vise verse of anyone not Japanese in general but that it the given word for them. The French girl who called herself Fiora Belmont is, however, a student like them. Suishoku wondered if anyone else would make that mistake as she gave her own name. "Hajimemashite," bows sightly in return. "Suishoku Yuubae. 2nd year and, mind I ask if you seen a guy up here at an earlier time? Large blue cloak with a family crest, stack of scrolls, kinda onmiyouji like without the tall hat?" She paused to finally add in last minute an actual physical feature about him since she named off his material possessions. "Oh, he does sport tidy blonde hair."

“Hmm?” As Akarui turned to the girl, she looked, observe and at clearly as the details could state. She was definitely not for around the area or Japan at all to be precise. As her whole figure, it was foreign. However, it did wondered to Akarui that when did foreign exchange students become a part of the system? After all, it made no sense to her, despite the idea that they were at least there to study about the country or any other school-related purposes. As such, they did not show much interests in the outer boundaries of the school.
However, to Akarui, she felt though that the students who came here or brought here, must have a least a purpose. Much less, their own purpose if it wasn’t for nothing. ”Fiora Belmont, huh? Though Akarui as she was mesmerizing on what else this girl was capable of. Unlike the ones who don’t care enough to even to do something with themselves during the break periods of actually not having anything to do.
”Huh, a second year as well?” Thought Akarui as she also observes the girl again this time, since she was upfront at a closer view. Then in doing so, she introduced herself after the other second year did, ”Akarui Tachimukau, 2nd year too.
Now then, to answer Yuubae’s question, Akarui was going through her mind to see if she had the right person mentioned, ”You don’t mean…Azai Nobuyori, do you?”
As it was it the only person she could think of from within all her brain cells trying to remember the names and faces of those she could narrow down to help the second year to understand who she was specifically looking for. Even though, it was a good guess, Akarui only hope it was the right answer.
