Kai breathed deeply as he got up he grabbed his things and began his trek to the principles office. He had finally after a few weeks debating what his chosen path will be, he had chosen hitokiri. The hitokiri are expert assassins who unlike ninja attack their targets head on with quick sword kills. Kai noting his main attribute as speed and as a Strategist. He had decide to request that he get trainign as one.
He walked up the the Principles office and he knock and bowed respectfully and he sat down near his desk and he handed a sheet explain his wish to become a Hitokiri ."Sir..I've decide my path that I want to lead and be trained in and I was hoping you could set up training in the art for me..I wish to become a Hitokiri." Principle Imagawa sat as his desk as the sun came up the large window behind him. This office had multiple bookshelves against the wall as well as two sets of traditional armor and a few naginata on racks. The middle of the room contained a large rug from the middle east,as well as a few couches, his own light grown desk, and his large comfortable chair. Behind his chair was a large window that took up almost the entire wall behind him. This large window, in the tower of the main school building, was perfect for looking out not only at the campus ground and library building, but also at the city of Osaka itself. Both this school and Osaka castle had been built on hills overlooking the city.
It has been a stressful time for him lately. Students abusing their powers, the student counsel going horribly over board out of fear, and even an attack directly on the city's harbor. Rubbing the sides of his wrinkling forehead with his fingers he heard a small knock on the door as one of the students entered. For a while now the principle had seen this boy, Kai, running around campus. He had even got a report from the hired Iga shinobi teacher about the boy's aptitude for ninja missions. The principle, clearly having far too many papers on his desk, looked up at the boy as he entered. Bowing politely Kai asked if he could be enrolled in programs designed to make him an assassin later on in life. The principle looked at the boy with very serious eyes. "Are you aware of what you are asking young man? you are trying to abandon the way of the warrior and slay individual targets in the shadows. Many will not approve of what you do, and even fewer will still like you once they find out what it is you are. Can you really live with this?" asked the principle. His gaze seemed to almost burn through Kai's soul directly to his heart. It was a gaze that demanded a completely honest response, and would tolerate no half truths.

Kai blinked and took a step back from the gaze but he closed his eyes breathing slowly when he opened them they were different determined, strong, maybe even alittle...empty. He met the principles gaze and he locked their eyes. He slowly nods his head and In a calm voice. "Yes...I fully understand the task I'm taking on sir...I won't give you a sob story but trust me..I'm used to being alone and with what others have told me this is the best position for me...as sword of the government..I may not be respected but I can do my part to protect those I have come to hold dear..ever if it costs me a dear price."
He stops talking keeping his composure as he awaits the principles answer.

(OOC: Admin force said to join)
Akarui, since her first year, she had decided to take upon the path of being a ninja. Even though, she never had anything plan at the start when she had arrived, her mind was still pondering on what to choose. Luckily, it did not take her too long to figure it out. So after finalizing everything, she had come to a decision. From the way that things were going, she only had one year left after being a second year and that means not much time will be waiting on her. That is why she had decided today to ask Principal Imagawa for setting her up down the right classes.
"Principal Imagawa...bad timing?" said Akarui as she stopped with the door open along with her hand still on the knob. Surprisingly, her attention was soon drawn to Kai Izuki. The first year that was in her dorm house and Kamui Sakamoto's roommate. If he was here to see the principal then it could only mean one thing. And that was the obvious thing Akarui knew. Kai Izuki came to ask to join certain classes to help futher him into being a hitokiri for his future that he had choosen.

As the principle starred at Kai he could see the determination in the boy's eyes. The principle had seen many students come and go from the school, both warriors and politicians alike, some of which now ran the country. As he starred back at Kai the principle couldn't help but think of drive that some of the past students had when they also asked for special class placement. In truth, the students didn't actually have to ask until the start of the third year.
Sighing, the principle was about to give a response until another student came into his office. It was the young girl Akarui that had been with him and the other during the ninja attack on the school. Timidly she asked if this was a bad time but the principle waved her into his room. Standing up he looked out at the school grounds a bit before turning to the two of them. He had seen the girl around and had no doubt she had come for a similar reason to Kai. "Let me guess, you have come to request a focus on the ninja courses of this school Ms. Akarui?"

Kai blinked in surprise as Akarui entered out of no where. He looks back at the principle who now had his back turned to them and he waited his answer. He was happy to have Akarui there tho it took some of the stress away. He retained his hardened attitude and he tilts his head. was she here to also ask for classes.

"Let me guess, you have come to request a focus on the ninja courses of this school Ms. Akarui?"
What?! How did he know? It is not like she told anybody - did tell Kai Izuki only though. And surely did not say anything to the principal for sure. Unless, he found out through some other means or was keeping an eye on her. Giving the suspicious looked for a bit, she snapped out of it, closed the door, and entered the room standing beside Kai Izuki. As the Principal got up and turned towards them, she responded to his question, "Yes..."
With that simple response she awaited what was to happen next. Although, Akarui also wanted to add the following words: "How did you know?" But she knew that it would probably be not a good idea. After all, he is Principal Imagawa of this academy. Sure enough, not only has mysteries arose about this principal but also about what she has been doing the last year. Hacking around to gather information and sneaking in and out of the academy grounds. Did he know about that too? As far as Akarui remembered, she tried to leave no trace of herself on something that is of importance but if he did then that means she underestimated the principal.

The principal sat back down and began shuffling though some of the papers on his desk until he got to two contracts. Turning them around to face the students he slid both pieces of paper due their side of his desk. "these papers are confirming your course specialization. It also says that should you get injured or killed due to your course choice it is in no way this school's fault. The school will, however, do it's best to make sure such an incident does not occur. If you both agree to this then please sign at the line with the x next to it." With that the principal looked at the two of them and thought for a bit, saying nothing until finally he opened his mouth. "our current instructors are out gathering information due to the attack on the city. I will do my best to get a replacement instructor to the school as quick as possible but it will take some time. Until then both of you will continue to mostly take normal classes, except for special times where you will instead be instructed by third year students that have already taken their introductory shinobi courses."....... Elsewhere The man gagged on his tea. No, it wasn't gagging at all, the tea was literally burning through his throat. In the ceiling above, through the tiniest of cracks, he watched and waited as his target tried to get up. The pain and panic was clearly clouding his judgement and by the time he didn't make it out of the room it would be far too late. Sealing up the tiny hole with a bit of putty he slowly moved backwards among the ceiling tiles. "Target eliminated" he said in a tone almost sarcastic as he moved back outside the large castle. It has taken the shinobi six day of observing the magistrate's movement before finally settling on a poison inside of his tea to dispose of him. As he picked up some town clothes he had been keeping near a river bed he began to change clothing when a small bird with a note attached to i'ts leg landed softly on top of a nearby rock. Looking around he moved over to the animal and pulled out the small peace of parchment. "We would like you to return to the academy you recently taught at. The principal has paid for your return in advance, and says that some of your recently trained students wish for your return." with a slight grin on his face the shinobi looked westward, past the mountains, in the direction of the academy. It seemed that every time they needed a temp instructor he was summoned, even after he had clearly told the principal he would be on a mission for at least another three months. "Old bastard. I don't know whether to be flattered at how quickly he thinks i get jobs done, or terrified at how right he was." and with that, the shinobi burned the parchment, ditched the clothing he had used to sneak into the castle, and set off towards the village. It would be a long trip back to Osaka.

Kai nods at the principle, he sighs hearing about the attack on the city again. What had he gotten himself into he came here to learn how to lead to prevent war but his path had changed drastically now he saw to protect a life someone you have to kill. But this whole business with the shinsengumi the recent attacks the Student council meeting, he couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was coming and he was going to have to act.
He turned to Akarui and he breathed a little easier. He took comfort in knowing he'd not be alone in the fight. He gripped his sword hilt tightly and he bowed to the principle. "Thank you Sensei " He turns to Akarui as he waits for her.

"..."
With nothing to say, Akarui willingly signed the paper right after Kai Izuki. It felt like a strange feeling. True, this is a sort of a military academy so there were possibilities that not every students, would end up following the paths they were asked to. Much less the normal students who usually end up elsewhere while the sacred item users went into being the ones who worked in the shadows. In the end, though, if the student did end up dead because of what they had chosen then...blame the school? Really, such ignorance.
After finishing her signature onto the paper, Akarui put down the writing utensil and went back to where she was standing before. Now what? Like the principal said, do they just wait for the time being then?

The Principal smiled as the two finished signing the contracts. As they politely asked what would happen next the principal looked out the window as a series a group of sparrows flew past it. "The shinsengumi squad will be at the school shortly. By the time they come and go the instructor I have sent for should be back. For now, do your best to prepare for the upcoming visit as well as spend some time with your friends. The upcoming courses may end up being hard on you."
With that he began to wave off the two students. As the two prepared to go he gave a small cough. "Also, to let you both know, students are in fact allowed to move around the city and school as they please. It is not the moving that would make you suspicious, it is the attempt at sneaking while doing it. Though I do support the enthusiasm you both apparently have."
