Once the early morning routine is done, it is one's own prerogative to go and find sustenance. In the case of Jin, this now had an added bonus. On the roof, he had made the acquaintance of a girl whom he was senior to - which is a bit likely anyway, when you consider his year - and decided to go and eat breakfast with her. And why not? He liked getting to know people well enough. The one thing that was an issue was...there was still a bit of a line. Jin deadpanned as he took his place, not a fan of tedium.
"I would've thought they'd be further along by now..."

"Didn't think the snack took that long."
Suishoku sighed, tapping the side of her head pensively at the line as well directly behind Jin. Her best idea on how there could be so many would be the side cart was sold out. Looking at the menu neatly placed above the heads of the staff, she looked through the selection of something that seemed to be the smallest or easiest to assemble. "Maybe rice porridge and mackerel." Deciding on that, she kept her head turned to look at the clock on the wall now and then. Maybe the line would move faster ahead of her if she wasn't paying full attention to it.
"Anything caught your eye?"

"Didn't think the snack took that long."
"Well, I go up to the roof for a bit of training, and then I come down with an appetite worth mentioning, and then I don't have to wait for long normally, because people are generally eating it already."
But this was somehow different. He felt like the anticipation before... Okay, let me tell you a story. In the dead of night when Jin is hungry, he goes into a convenience store for the purchase of the half-priced bento boxes that are labeled to get them out of the store so the food doesn't go to waste. After all, even if it's not the price you wanted, you have to recupe the loss, right? Well, as it turns out, some people are in competition for the limited articles there, because they're either next to broke or want a specific food at basically a steal and...well...some people just like competing. Jin has fallen into a few of these in the past. But generally, his training sees him through to his desired selection. ANYWAY...enough about bento.
"Anything caught your eye?"
"Well, nothing special per se, though I do like the salmon and- Dango?! They have dango!"
His normally sort of controlled attitude lit up just then with delight at seeing trays of his favorite snack being out. It wasn't anything that could be explained except in the most basic of ways. You have your favorite foods, and so does he. That's all. As soon as his turn in line came, he pressed both hands together in a prayer pose with a very serious voice speaking now.
"It would do me a great service if you could give unto this worthy individual a generous serving of dango with my meal, which is incidentally the salmon, and find it in your ways to serve dango in our meals more often so that I might partake of its wonderous flavor."
"I'll...see what I can do?"
He thanked him with a very serious bow, took his food on a tray, and looked around for a free table. Man likes his dango, and he takes it very seriously.

"Yeah, I guess."
She nodded her head and continued to wait in the fairly slow moving line. Nothing out of the ordinary for the cafeteria as she leaned to look past Jin to check the number of people ahead of them. When she asked if he saw anything in particual, the sudden breakneck change from his nonchalant outlook dove straight into a bargain hunter's tone.
"Dango!? Where?"
She instantly asked, startled by his change of tones and got swept along with the excitement. It wasn't that she was a hueg fan of dangos but having dangos for breakfast is unusual if not rare. Simply put, if someone said they saw a popular music artist near by, she'll look around and want to see them in the excitement of just seeing what the hype is about. Jumping a little to fruitlessly see past the line of people about the dangos, she eventually gave up and waited tillit was her turn.
Once it came to Jin's turn, she turned away to keep from laughing and staring at him and his overly zealous way of accepting the rare dango dish as if it were made of gold. Who knew he was that serious about dangos. When it was her turn, she order some dango in hot soup broth as her breakfast of the day. Thanking the cafeteria worker, she took her plate with her and pointed to Jin at a table somewhat in the center of a fairly empty table with a student at the end who looked to be finishing up or at least left the majority of the table empty.
"How about that one?"

If Shoku had been in any way mocking him, he wouldn't have even noticed. Once Jin had his Dango, it was like he was in a whole new dimension and whatever was outside that sphere of influence just didn't register the same. Well, not everything was left by the wayside. Completely relevent details such as...
"How about that one?"
...where to eat were given attention. Jin nodded and sat down along with Shoku, where he began to dig in straight to the Dango, of course. He ate of them one piece at a time, savoring their flavor with a rather contented look on his face. Between this and his training, he felt that he could tackle anything at this point, even a pop quiz with ninjas...which would be stranger than usual.
"And that...just makes my day."

Kamui was hungry, just plan hungry since his mostly used up all his allowance. Therefore, he had called his parents earlier by throwing a fit at them until he got escorted off the phone line due to making loud noises - parents hanged up on him though and he was just screaming at the phone in the end. But finally, thanks to Akarui, who has become his baby sitter since he is in the same dorm building as her, willing agreed to buy him food. Well...more like giving him an extra allowance just to shut him up. After Kamui got his food, he was looking around for a place to sit. Long and behold it was someone else that he knew that he spotted. Running over, he skid and then paused, and went up to the table. "Nurse healing lady (Suishoku - forgets names)! And who is this?" exclaimed Kamui looking at the guy he had not met before. For some reason, there seems to be more students popping up everywhere he goes. Minus the fact that some of them were here before him as he forgets.

Once they sat down, the girl contented with her soup as well as sampling the dango. It was a strange mix of hot and savory to plain rice with a mix of sweet sauce coating it but the flavors balanced out somehow. Jin on the other hand must have been very serious on liking dango; wearing a glow on his face to have reached a higher plain of peace.
"And that...just makes my day," he says. Yup, he's at 150 percent with himself. Blowing at her soup, she didn't take much note to the rushed foot steps toward her till she turned and bit onto her spoon sharply to find Kamui running over. Swallowing her meal, Suishoku withdraw the spoon from her mouth and stared at him while repeating what he called her.
"Nurse...healing lady?" He sure doesn't have much to go on after pulling him out of the water that day. Don't make me regret not drowning you against my morals. Normally she'd hush him up for saying that, as of now for relying on her item too much to solve things than medical tactics, but this second year has started to have her accept it bit by bit...even with the help of people like him. "It's Suishoku. Could you remember Shoku, at least? Anyway, Kamui, this is Jin. A third year. Jin-senpai, this is Kamui a...first year, I think."

[OOC: Oh hey, new poster! Sorry about not getting back sooner. I'm going to try to get in more often.]
Yeah, we basically have a dango-based nirvana going on here. In contrast to being dead to the world, Jin was currently beyond its reach in a more positive way that made his meal overall thoroughly more enjoyable than it already was. He therefore began to eat the rest of his meal after the dango, looking quite pleased with himself and far-less serious-looking than normal. He barely managed to find confusion in the sudden appearance of the boy who was calling Shoku a healing lady, and that he was being addressed.
"It's Suishoku. Could you remember Shoku, at least? Anyway, Kamui, this is Jin. A third year. Jin-senpai, this is Kamui a...first year, I think."
"Morning to you. Is there something that I'm missing? here?"
Jin Kazuya's brain gradually returned to a state of clear-headedness. He had only met the girl a little while ago, but what was this about 'nurse healing lady'? Is that what she did outside of school? One wondered...
"DO you heal people, Shoku? He may have meant no disrespect."

[OOC: Ello and don't worry about it.] "Hi Jin! My name's Kamui Sakamoto and a first year here who transferred in late!" added Kamui. So this Jin...and senpai? Does that mean he is older than healer lady here or is a third year? Hmm, recently he had not met or run into many third years. Thinking about it, that also applies to the first years. Most of the time he usually had seen or bumped into the second years. Or maybe it was just his badluck? No way, as if he had an bad luck upon himself. He is so by so far, the best type of person there seems to be. Although, the appearance of these unknown faces just seems to be steadily increasing. "Nah, my names for people are brillia - OW!"... Before Kamui could even finish his sentence, Akarui had appeared. She was piss off at the brat because since she willingly let him used some of her allowance, he had to go and used it all up already. Even though the partial allowance she gave him was to last him a whole month, it did not even last him a whole day. Calming herself, Akarui stated in for Kamui. "This kid does not remember names. Which is why he comes up with his own nicknames in the process."And to her vision, she could see that the person she had responded to was Jin Kazuya. A third year...and a part of the Toyotomi faction. Lately, Akarui had been seeing that ever since the commotion during the Student Council President's announcement, things have been tense. Those who are a part of the factions are seemingly a little bit a ware of each other now. Even though a 50% of the factions do not care at the moment - basically trying to stay collected, the other 50% are just on guard apparently.

Suishoku placed her spoon down, sighing at Kamui for bringing up the topic of her abilities to have Jin question her. No way is she going to start labling herself the White Mage! Onmyoujin-san can get away with it for his far mystical abilities but that just wasn't her thing. What was she going to do anyway? Dress up like a Miko or something and go around healing people left and right?
Maybe it'll breeze by as she picked up a dongo and ate it while Kamui spoke to Jin above her head. Atleast Kamui is behaving well enouhg to introduce himself nicely but did he really have to go spouting that? Once Kamui got cut off abruptly, she looked up and waved a hand in greeting to Akarui while still chewing on her dango. Always count on her to show up when it came to Kamui. Man, this must be how Onmyoujin-san feels whenever she, herself, shows up.
Not wanting to keep ignoring Jin, she turned back to the third year with her hand waved to Akarui's direction. "She will be Akarui, second year. She and Kamui here are in the same building and kinda act a bit like siblings, huh? Akarui, this is Jin, third year. Do you two want to join us for breakfast?" Didn't hurt to add a few more to the table. Having her last dango float about in her soup, she turned to Jin and smiled a little to try not to be too bothered while coming up with a story for him. "Kamui here just means that I helped him out once. I also signed up for a first aid class here to see what more I could learn."

"Hi Jin! My name's Kamui Sakamoto and a first year here who transferred in late!"
He gave the younger boy a nod, acknowledgement of his presence, a reasonable gesture. Jin wasn't a super-talking man, just human. He was about to say something about his names for people when someone - a new girl - thumped him on. Jin's eyes darted to the one who did it and gave a look that clearly said 'Was that entirely necessary' without actually using words.
"This kid does not remember names. Which is why he comes up with his own nicknames in the process."
"I see. And was that really a reason to strike him, Miss...?"
"She will be Akarui, second year. She and Kamui here are in the same building and kinda act a bit like siblings, huh? Akarui, this is Jin, third year. Do you two want to join us for breakfast?"
"May as well, while it's there to be had."
As opposed to the more-active Kamui, Akarui appeared to be more refined...and yet quick to act. Interesting. And of course, he couldn't help but notice the scrutiny from beyond the glasses. Must be of someone naturally wary of him. He, of course, didn't know her personally. Next came Shoku's answer to his previous question.
"Kamui here just means that I helped him out once. I also signed up for a first aid class here to see what more I could learn."
"It's always good to expand your horizons whenever possible."

Kamui had already started digging into his own food to savor his hungry. After being able to get some money, he was now eating a big breakfast, in which he has not done so in awhile. However, despite chowing on some of the food he brought, with Akarui's money she gave, even though it was not much to where he could have purchased a large pack of candy, it was enough to satisfy him. Listening upon the conversation, it was getting boring until Suishoku said something about "siblings". "Sibling? Nah, she is like my babysitter that they forced upon me..." stated Kamui as he quickly snatched Akarui's glasses off her faced while she was denying the offer to have breakfast with them. "Aha, got your glasses!" exclaimed Kamui to a Akarui who was not even giving him the death glare face. Sheesh, sometimes her expressionless face makes it so hard to understand that at times, it is so hard to comprehend what she is thinking. So what is Akarui going to do about her glasses that is in Kamui's hand, huh? ... Hearing Suishoku's thoughts on how she view Kamui and herself gave her the goosebumps a bit. In return she replied with, "Sibling? No, more like his mother instead." From there she also added, "Yea, I know him. Third Year, Jin Kazuya, Toyotomi faction..."Striking upon Kamui? Well, it is not like she would have wanted to do it in the first place but neither way, it just happened. With "I did not strike him because of his nicknames but because of my hard earn money, that I was forced beyond my will by the school to give this this brat." Which was kind of true since in the end, she was stuck to being his babysitter on a whim. Turning to Suishoku Akarui denied the offer, "No thank you, I am not a breakfast person and I need to get going anyw - K A M U I."

"It's always good to expand your horizons whenever possible."
"Thanks. Could be useful later on, ya know?" She smiled some as Kaumi took his seat with him and wolfing down his food like there was no tomorrow. Must be burning those calories like nothing the way he acts. Poor Building B. Nearly finishing her soup, she shrugged her shoulders at Kamui with his small objection.
"Even siblings still have to babysit each other," Suishoku copped back despite the fact that she was an only child. "If you didn't do that, maybe the school wouldn't have you under watch so I....I suggest you give those back." The girl urged, watching him teasingly swipe Akarui's glasses from her face. She was sure the guy didn't mean any real harm; just a matter of how far he'll go with it. Placing a hand to her forehead, she sighed and resumed eating the last of her soup and dango. "If you're going to resort to that, what sort of opponent would ever take you seriously, Kamui?"

So, Akarui knew of him and the clan he represented, did she? That would mean, given her tone, that she was not on the same, and therefore one to be watched. However, no overt action would be taken in a place of eating like this, not while they were all calm and peaceful. If she had any intentions, she would make them known in due time.
"I did not strike him because of his nicknames but because of my hard earn money, that I was forced beyond my will to give to this brat."
"Judging from your tone, you're more than dissatisfied with how that turned out."
Shortly thereafter, Kamui abducted her glasses, something that Akarui expressed displeasure with in a sharp tone, and that Shoku also advised that he reverse this quickly. Jin had to agree. This wasn't the act of a true man and he did not approve. Not one bit.
"If you're going to resort to that, what sort of opponent would ever take you seriously, Kamui?"
"I concur. This is not a proper action to take, sneaking and stealing..."
Jin stood up now, glaring at Kamui, and put his hand out.
"Hand it over. To remove a lady's sight for any reason is never acceptable."

"If you're going to resort to that, what sort of opponent would ever take you seriously, Kamui?""Everyone," said Kamui with a serious face. And he was not joking on his response. After all, it was not like he had never had many people deny him. Sides, most people that run had bump heads into were always taking him seriously to the point where it ended up in a fight. However, despite the trouble he always ended up through, one could say, it was all worth it. Despite the trouble he ends up in and the punishment later on. So much enjoyment until the dango guy perked up. Not cool...and here Kamui just thought he might have gained a friend or so in the process. Fine, if that is how things are going to be, then so be it. "Tch!" sounded Kamui as he threw the glasses at Jin and stomped off with his breakfast in an arm while the other waved at the three of them. ... "...be as it may..." responded Akarui as she crossed her arms. Not only was this kid enough trouble as it is but he had to go and grab her classes right from her face. Really...was this supposed person a child stuck in a teenager's body? If that was possible, then it would totally explain all of his actions and other nonsense that happens when he appears or is around. Thinking of just leaving for the moment until Kamui decides to get back her glasses since she also was not here for breakfast. That was until Jin stood up and talked to the brat. A gentleman...indeed. "..."
